Dress shoes for women are most likely to be in the form of high-heels or stilettos more commonly known nowadays as pumps. Dress shoes for men come in the form of leather shoes. We often see men sporting leather shoes while wearing their formal wear and we rarely see them pair these shoes with jeans.

3. Athletic Shoes

This type of shoes have a lot of subtypes an example of which are the running shoes, the walking shoes, the trekking shoes and many more. This type is highly recommended for people who lead active lifestyles, those people who engage in sports like basketball, volleyball, running and for people who enjoy extreme adventures like trekking and mountain biking.

It is really not a good idea to wear your casual shoes while playing some sports since there is a high possibility that you won't be able to get the support you need for your feet.
